As a Performance Media Lead, you will be on the front lines of driving innovation, growth, and profitability across performance media channels including paid social, display, and emerging channels like Connected TV.

About Trident Growth Partners (TGP): We are a digital agency primarily serving clients within their direct to consumer / eCommerce business units. After spending more than a decade on the brand and client sides, the founders of TGP set out to build an agency that removed the friction between agency and client that we experienced on the other side of the table. TGP is a remote-based agency, with no physical offices. We have employees throughout the US, and even internationally. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning and optimizations across key paid social accounts. This includes managing budget allocation, campaign best practices and ultimately owning the total performance of Facebook/ IG ad accounts
  • Monitor campaign performance daily across client accounts
  • Manage a small team of internal employees and third-party resources to ensure timely and flawlessly executed ad trafficking and operations
  • Own the performance and strategy for direct response display campaigns, including budget management, creative testing and updates, and vendor selection and management
  • Establish best practices that optimize account performance and document the “TGP Way” of managing the channels
  • Provide creative recommendations related to ad formats, content and messaging, and build a creative testing plan across clients
  • Maintain accountability across TGP’s paid media team for client account success
  • Remain on top of industry trends and tactics that keep TGP performing at the highest levels within the paid media landscape

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 4+ years in hands-on paid media campaign management, with at least 2 years spent managing paid social media accounts and campaigns
  • Proven success with direct response campaigns, with experience in attribution, conversion tracking and optimizing toward strict KPIs
  • Experience driving paid social media results with monthly budgets over $100k
  • A high level of comfort analyzing campaign data and making strategic recommendations on how to improve performance
  • Demonstrated ability to think outside of the box and take initiative to solve problems as they arise
  • Experience with project management tools (Monday, Trello, etc.)
  • Extreme attention to detail and a low tolerance for campaign errors
  • A self-starter and independent worker who can thrive in a remote work environment
  • A high level of accountability who gets excited by driving strong results for the client
  • Excellent written and presentation communication skills and the ability to simplify paid media concepts at a level our clients can understand and feel comfortable with
  • A desire to teach and mentor our team to be the best possible paid media tacticians and strategists
