The Role

As a General Manager you will grow the store through developing the Customer Experience Specialists team and ensuring an overall satisfactory and positive experience for our customers.

What will you be doing at Tricolor Auto?

• Interview, hire, train, manage and coach team members to develop a strong, high-performer, customer-oriented team. Ensures team satisfaction and engagement.
• Work closely with the Area Supervisor to establish store goals consistent with the company strategic goals, the territory goals, and the sales forecast. Create a strategy to deliver expected goals and meet objectives.
• Protects the store assets including equipment and inventory. Maintain the store in good shape and appropriate appearance for our customers, following merchandising protocols.
• Knowledge of incoming inventory, automotive features, accessories, and how they can benefit our customers.
• Manage customer files and protect customer information in compliance with state and federal privacy laws, and Company Policy.
• Ensures that quality vehicle condition report inspections are completed according to company policy.

• Have a College Degree.
• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory/management role.
• 3 + years of experience in Customer Service and Sales.
• Bilingual English / Spanish required.
• Valid Driver’s License, with a good driving record for the previous 3 years. Needs to be able to operate a variety of vehicles.
• Computer and technical skills.
