3rd Shift Maintenance Technician (Electrician)

Currently we have openings for a Maintenance Technician to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals at our Taunton, Massachusetts facility. Our ideal candidates can perform routine maintenance and repairs as needed to keep machines and mechanical equipment operating efficiently and in a safe manner while coordinating with plant management to establish maintenance schedules on various machines so as to minimize downtime on production.

SHIFTS AVAILABLE:

• 3rd Shift (10:00 pm - 6:30 am) Sun thru Thu + OT

Skills/Qualifications:

• 3 years experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Familiar with PM programs such a MVP or Leading to Lean
• Highly organized
• Highly motivated to strive for operational excellence and coach others
• Strong communicator both written and verbal
• Detail oriented
• Multi tasker
• Interpersonal savvy – works well with all types of people, cultures and work ethics
• Knowledge and experience with food safety
• Strong comprehension on PLC, VFD, HMI, Boilers, Refrigeration, Pumps, Schematics and Pneumatics preferred
