Triad Pacific Inc. is hiring a Construction Worker / Laborer to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. Triad Pacific is a thriving fast-paced business that provides high-quality residential contractor services across the greater Portland-metro area. We are specifically looking for laborers to help prepare houses for sale including demolition, cleanup, and repairs including safety, function, drywall repair, and paint. We are a small team with an entrepreneurial spirit always looking for a better way to complete our work. We genuinely want the best outcome for everyone every time. The position will be responsible for completing work tasks related to general remodeling under the supervision of a Lead Technician.
Essential duties include but are not limited to:
2+ experience in carpentry, drywall, painting, repair and replacement experience (knowledge and experience of multiple trades is a plus, but at least two are required). Handyman skills are great!
Some jobs may have specific working hours, but many may be completed on a somewhat flexible schedule.
Complete special projects as directed by Field Supervisor
Must maintain a professional and courteous manner with everyone in contact at the jobsite including residents, visitors, contractors and fellow employees. Must have the necessary tools to effectively complete tasks outlined above.
Able to use a work checklist and communication well with team members to effectively complete work.
Ability to follow oral and written instructions and be able to maintain effective and cooperative working relationships.
Must have reliable transportation to haul tools and basic materials and willing to drive to different jobs on a daily basis if required.
Must be able to work with other team members and take direction from the Lead. Most jobs will be scoped with a clearly defined list of tasks that must be completed 100% without exception. Must be able to identify additional work needed and communicate this to supervisor.
Required Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required. Compensation is $17 to $24/hr depending on experience with potential for performance bonuses depending on candidate skills and ability.
