Triad Pacific Inc. is hiring a construction Office/Project Administrator to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. We are hiring for a home-based Office/Project Administrator (not onsite super or project manager) to help support the expansion of the company and hopefully grow with us! This position is initially part-time and home-based with the ability to transition to full-time quickly.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working for a small to mid-size construction related business.
Job responsibilities include:
4-5 hours per day to start, would turn into a full time position in the next few months.
Organize and maintain sub-contractor license, certification, bond, and lien documentation
Provide first-line customer support to answer questions from subcontractors, vendors, and clients
Bid/Proposal package preparation and tracking
Assist accountant with contractor invoices payment including coding and validation.
Review project budgets and construction draws for accuracy.
Prepare project status reports using and Microsoft Excel and Word
Pick up the pieces that fall through the cracks, help team keep organized
General Administration and support the team
Be happy, healthy, and positive
2+ years working as an office manager or administrative assistant at a construction related company
Detail oriented, very well organized, and quick thinker. If you're a bit type A, you're a good fit.
Proficient and experienced with the Microsoft office suite, Gmail, and willing and able to quickly learn new technology (Slack, Asana, Gsuite, etc.)
Excel skills must include a high comfort level in creating formulas (sum, if, etc.), conditional formatting, and creating templates. Data entry skills are not enough.
Able to touch type at 30+ wpm without looking at the keyboard.
Comfortable answering customer and vendor phone calls.
