Mid-Sr Level, Radar Systems Engineer

TriVector Services, Inc. is seeking qualified candidates to join our team as a Mid-Sr Level Radar Systems Engineer.

Description:

The Radar Systems Engineer (Mid-Senior level) will provide Systems Engineering expertise and knowledge while supporting mission essential tasks for the MDA customer. This will include risk analysis, mitigation development, independent and programmatic assessment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Systems Engineering analysis and process management
• Conduct requirements development and analysis
• Identify, analyze, and document system, design, interface, assessment, and validation/verification requirements to include risk assessments
• Collaborate across MDA and present technical information to Leadership

Additional Details:

• Proficient in Microsoft Computer programs, including Office 365

Required Qualifications:

• Masters level degree in STEM related field
• 12+ years working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program/project
• Minimum SECRET US Security Clearance
• Knowledge and application of phased array radar theory, function, and design
• Works independently, applying engineering rigor to analyze and resolve problems within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to identify, analyze, and document system, design, interface, assessment, and validation/verification requirements to include risk assessments
• Experience implementing systems engineering "V" processes

Desired Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of MDA Systems Engineering processes and procedures & organizational structure
• Familiar with Missile Defense System (MDS) architecture and concepts
