TriTech Enterprise Systems is seeking an "Architect' with CMOD Cloud experience. The candidate must be knowledgeable of the IBM CMOD Cloud instance hardware / architecture layout, IBM’s Network & firewall, virtual machines, database, Cloud’s storage devices.  

DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND TASKS:

Statement of Work:  

• The objective of this task is for candidate to provide ongoing support to our federal client on architectural issues regarding the ECM Repositories that include Content Manager (CM) solution in support of eDIB, Medicare, non-disability, as well as any new areas. 
• It also includes support on architectural issues regarding the Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) solution in support of the Online Retrieval System (ORS) and its related applications. 
• This support provides for the configuration, design, evaluation and use of CM and CMOD, such as how to integrate with existing systems to support the enterprise’s processes and systems. (CM and CMOD provide the basis for the storage and retrieval of the electronic documents for the agency). 
• The design of the touch points between the CM/CMOD systems and the other interfaces is required to maintain interoperability and functionality between all parts of the overall processes.
• The architect will support the review and analysis of requirements and capabilities of integration of new features and functions for the ECM systems
• Support and analysis of new enhancements is provided for future releases of ECM.
• Mentor staff on the features currently being used in ECM and any additional features not yet utilized.
• Assist in resolving inconsistencies in the V2 notice count total.  (If CMOD documents exist in the CMOD ARSOD table and do not contain meta data, what is the statis of the document? Are the documents in OAM and are they retrieval? Can the ARSOD time stamp be translated into the OAM time stamp. Determine if it the V2 data is retrievable).

  • DB2/OAM and OAM with Simple Storage Services (S3) or Cloud Object Storage
  • Cloud deployments of IBM ECM repositories
  • Overall architecture design
  • Content Object Processing Environment (COPE)
  • Enterprise Content Viewer (ECV)
  • CMOD CLOUD infrastructure hardware knowledge
  • OAM/CMOD v2 time stamp correlation
  • CMOD user’s table connection pooling  

Required skills/Level of Experience:

• Candidate in the Baltimore surrounding area preferred.
