Production Administrative Assistant - 2nd or 3rd Shift Available

Yakult USA, the world’s leading probiotic drink manufacturer, is hiring for the Factory Administrative Assistant for the 2nd Shift. Candidates must possess a minimum of 1-2 years clerical experience.
- Location: Fountain Valley, CA
- Direct Hire with Excellent Benefit Package: Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance, 401K with matching, Paid Holiday & PTO
- Work Hours and Pay Range: 5 days/week, Monday – Saturday (Sunday and another day off during weekday)
o 2nd shift: 3:00pm - 12:00am: $19.50~25.50/hr ($18~24/hr + $1.50/hr for 2nd shift additional pay)
o 3rd shift: 11:00pm - 8:00am: $21~27/hr ($18~24/hr + $3.00/hr for 3rd shift additional pay)
Requirements of the Factory Administrative Assistant:
- At least 1-2 years of clerical experience
- Purchasing experience is a plus
- Covid-19 Vaccination is required
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Highly efficient and organized
- Adaptable and detail-oriented with an ability to multi-task
- Proficient computer skills using MS Word and Excel
- Accurate Typing skills
- Able to follow the company rules and regulations
Responsibilities of the Factory Administrative Assistant:
- Provide administrative support to Factory Managers and Supervisors.
- Purchasing for raw materials
- Generate production/inventory reports
- Correspondence with other departments
- Maintain and order factory supplies
- Data entry and filing
- Other related duties will be assigned
