Title: Administrative Assistant / Receptionist
Location: Fountain Valley, CA
Position Type: Temp (possibly temp to hire)
Business Hour: Monday to Friday 9:00am-6:00pm
· Attending to visitors at reception.
· Answering phone and transferring the phone to each department related.
· Supporting all Information Technology matters as a window person of the company.
· Organizing all IT related documents and records.
· Receiving and sending mails and/or packages.
· Checking and analyzing the inventory of stationeries and other office supplies, coordinating the purchase.
· Maintaining public areas in the company to keep cleanliness.
· Liaising with external service providers and suppliers to maintain office environment.
· Providing administrative support to executives and dealing with their visitors.
· Performing any other duties assigned.
· Bilingual in English and Japanese is a must
· At least 2 years of Administrative experience.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
· Must have a excellent business manner
· Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information.
· Reliable, professional demeanor.
· Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
· Computer savvy
