Job Description


  • Customer Service Agent
  • Monday – Monday – Friday 08:30 a.m. – 05:30 p.m. (occasionally holidays and weekends)
  • Long term temp position $19.00/ hr.



Requirements of the Customer Service Agent:

  • Office experience
  • Experience working in freight forwarders, cargo agent and other related industries is a big plus
  • Must have be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Must have a positive attitude and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • TSA criminal background check required



Responsibilities of the Customer Service Agent:

  • Assisting customers with shipment status and any related inquiries
  • Coordinate pick up and deliveries
  • Other related duties will be assigned




Employment Type: Long term temp

Schedule: Monday – Friday 08:30 a.m. – 05:30 p.m.
