Project Manager

Your Responsibilities as a Project Manager: 
  • Develop detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability, allocation, and delivery of final product to ensure it is within budget and scope.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless execution of projects.
  • Confer with internal sources and third parties regarding changes and adjustments to project budget.
  • Assess cost effectiveness of products, projects or services, tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops.
  • Must be able to work overtime as needed to ensure strict deadlines are met.
  • Manage project roadblocks and problem solve through them to ensure timely completion of a quality job.
  • Maintain and build rapport with customers and potential customers to develop job opportunities for Tri-State Utilities.
  • Must be able to travel as required dependent on current and prospective jobs.
What We Need From You (Our Requirements):
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • Must have strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Must possess strong organizational skills, including attention to detail
  • Must possess the ability to manage frequent interruptions
  • Must possess proficiency with all Microsoft Office tools and technically savvy
  • Must have ability to solve complex problems
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in civil engineering, environmental engineering, communication, marketing, construction management, or other relevant field.
