Part Time Customer Service Representative - REMOTE -CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCAL TO SAN ANTONIO.

Shift: Candidates must be available EVERY DAY of the week as their shift will be different weekly. Mon-Fri 8:00am-8:00pm, Sat 8:00am-6:00pm, Sun 10:00am-6:00pm

Pay: $12.00/hr

Looking for part-Time Call Center Representative that will be the first point of contact for our current and potential customers while keeping theLcompanies principles and customer satisfaction at the core of every interaction. This position has the possibility of working from the comfort of your home to cover high peak calls volume. Most positions will require weekend shifts.

Job Description
Interact with prospects in a blended call center to schedule appointments for our roofing, windows, LeafGuard, and siding products for our field sales force to make in-home sales calls. Handle customer service calls, overcome objections, requests for more information to successfully secure an appointment with all decision makers for an in-home presentation.

Qualifications
At least one year of call center, inside sales, outside sales, or customer service experience
Excellent spoken and written communication sills
Typing at least 40WPM
Work from home will require an approved computer and Broadband connection
Strong computer skills and ability to multitask using a PC, salesforce experience a plus
Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment using technology
