Job Description
The department of Homeland Security seeks a Program Manager with extensive experience of Project Management. The Program Manager should be an excellent leader and will have experience in managing multiple programs and team to produce results in a timely manner. They will also be able to develop efficient strategies and tactics. The goal is to ensure that all programs deliver the desirable outcome to our organization.
Required Skills
- Shall have a minimum of ten (10) years of IT Project Management experience, focusing on agile projects, inclusive of the following:
- Shall have at least two (2) years specialized experience in leading IT DevSecOps projects managing over fifty (50) people on multiple Agile teams.
- Shall have at least three (3) years specialized experience in business process analysis and change management.
- Shall have at a minimum, a bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Technology related technical degree
- Certifications needed in lieu of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology related technical degree are Program Management
- Professional (PgMP) – PMI OR Project Management Professional (PMP) – PMI
