Fast-paced, growing cardiology practice needs strong team player with excellent people skills, a high degree of professionalism, and a dedication to patient-centered care. We are seeking a Medical Assistant who can also function as a Medical Secretary, including rooming patients, taking vitals, reconciling medications, etc. some days, and as serving as front desk as needed to check in patients, verify insurance, etc. other days. We strongly believe in cross training and cross coverage, as this ensures our patients never suffer cut-rate service in the event of employee illness!
If you have the following qualifications, we want to talk to you!
- Electronic Medical Records experience (ECW a plus)
- Medical Assistant experience (Cardiology a HUGE plus)
- Strong attention to protocol and detail
- Multi-line phone experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Bi-lingual a plus but not required
- Patient focus--this is not a "me first" employer
