Searching for a professional, drama free, person who has leadership qualities and receptionist, customer service and administrative experience. Be able to handle many service requests from clients and team members. This role will allow you to treat people with excellence and go above their expectations. You will be the First Impression of our Award Winning Agency and get to ask them "How can you make this the best call of their day". Handle all phone calls, general client service needs & office admin duties for our insurance agency, including managing the main Agents emails and other admin assistant duties. We Are Right Here Beside our clients so this team member must believe in our drama free culture, mission & core values, adapt to our high standards of team work and offer excellent service to our clients.
This team member will possess excellent communication, phone and computer skills, be confident in dealing with the public and be a team player for our agency. If you like drama/gossip need not apply, You must be results driven, love to accomplish their goals and enjoy being on the phone.
Must be able to work alongside your team or alone. Have a very positive attitude and be willing to go above and beyond. We are building a company that serves and is a representative of our entire community.
