We are looking for an enthusiastic Sr. Content Marketing Specialist to develop compelling and creative content that resonates with TreviPay’s B2B audiences.   


The Sr. Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing content to effectively reach TreviPay’s target audiences across a variety of platforms including blogs, email, website and social media with the intent of providing valuable and educational information to entice action. This individual should be highly motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively by being an expert storyteller with an ability to translate important data points into actionable content.  



The Sr. Content Marketing Specialist will serve an important role in the content development and execution of TreviPay’s annual content plan.

  • Research industry-related topics via online sources and interview internal subject matter experts
  • Interpret information and data to prepare well-structured drafts of content including blog posts, emails, press releases, PPC ads, web copy, use cases/case studies, sales collateral, social posts, infographics
  • Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to incorporate into web content and meta descriptions
  • Understand technical aspects of SEO and develop content that ranks using keyword density, prominence and readability
  • Consistency in using brand voice and standards across all content
  • Submit work to editors for input and approvals
  • Proofread/QA content prior to publication/distribution
  • Assist with campaign planning/project management using Asana
  • B2B experience helpful but not a requirement



  • Write compelling copy to use in integrated marketing campaigns, including emails, website, advertising, blogs, event collateral
  • Proofread and edit all copy before publishing
  • Execute public relations tactics including creating public relations content and content marketing pieces (blogs, use cases/case studies, bylines, features, white papers) to ensure consistency in brand and messaging; review similar content created by outside agencies and freelance writers
  • Amplifies coverage online and to internal constituents
  • Work in conjunction with graphic designer to stand up content (landing pages, resource pages, blogs) on website using CMS (Wordpress).
  • Manage the editorial process, sourcing and managing external writers as needed.
  • Set, track and report on KPIs that guide program strategy.


  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to engage
  • Leverage SEO best practices to publish high-performing, search-driven content that drives increased monthly site traffic.
  • Update and optimize content and website links for maximum search engine rankings
  • Research SEO keywords to implement in content throughout TreviPay’s website
  • Manage a list of target keywords and track optimization efforts for each
  • Execute technical SEO tactics to increase SERP rankings
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social and SEO data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information



  • Build, execute and report on social media strategy through competitive research, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
  • Create well-researched social content quickly, experimenting with format, tone and timing to optimize for traffic and engagement.
  • Grow our presence on Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook (with a lesser focus), with smart, content that creates a conversation and engagement with our community.
  • Own the social media editorial calendar, including scheduling, publishing, distribution, tracking success and areas of improvement.



  • Bachelor’s in Journalism, English, Marketing or related discipline
  • Minimum of three years of writing experience with working knowledge of B2B marketing principles and SEO tools
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English with an understanding of global communication preferences
  • Experience doing research across multiple sources (internal and external)
  • Familiarity with web publishing and content management systems
  • Ability to meet fast-paced deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively with a variety of tasks and business partners (both internal and external); must be able to work cross-functionally to effectively generate, execute and report on project status
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build consensus, share best practices, and communicate point of view effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate project goals and objectives, project status and deliverables with team members and management, including senior executives
  • Experience in a cross-functional environment and delivering results on schedule
  • Adaptable, self-motivated, flexible team player
  • Advanced user of Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Advanced user of Zoom or similar platform and comfortable with learning new technology quickly
  • You are entrepreneurial and work well in a rapidly changing environment
  • You are creative, innovative, and always think outside the box
  • Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at a time
  • You are metric driven and with the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data
