Job Description

**Warm Leads** / REMOTE We are looking to hire high performing F&I Specialists / Inside Sales / Sales Representative / Automotive Finance.

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, while helping customers select products that protect their vehicle purchase. In addition, you will also make credit decisions, submit deals to our lenders for approval and help bridge disconnects in the sales process. With your background in automotive sales or finance, you’ll help us find the right finance and insurance solutions for every customer.

Pay Structure:

During the first 60 days, your monthly guarantee is $3,000. You will then transition to a base of $16,500 (not a draw,) plus uncapped commissions. On target earnings for the first year are between $55,000 and $100,000..

General Purpose

The Finance Advisor is responsible for assisting customers with auto financing and offering aftermarket products (vehicle service contracts v, gap protection, tire and wheel protection, etc.) to protect their investments. Warm qualified [1] leads provided, no cold calling.


  • Maintain good working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs
  • Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders
  • Be an internal advocate and expert on F&I products, GAP policies, and close deals
  • Touch warm leads on a daily basis
  • Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations


  • 2+ years F&I experience preferred, but not required
  • Automotive dealership experience preferred, but not required
  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty
  • Self motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals
  • Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Experience and desire to work with technology

Education or Formal Training: Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent experience.

Experience: 2+ years sales preferred but not required
