Coordinate day-to-day activities of the Quality program for Trellis Supportive Care to ensure that high standards are maintained by identifying areas for improvement throughout the organization and leading quality improvement planning and education initiatives.

Our staff has grown from a dozen individuals to over 350 specially trained professionals who work as a team to help patients live fully and comfortably, with hope - even during life's most challenging time.
Schedule: Full-time Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (40 hours per week)
Location: Winston- Salem Office
***Position will initially be in the office with flexibility for intermittent remote work after training***
Position Education/Skills/Abilities:
Minimum of three (3) years' experience with specific focus in quality and/or data collection and statistics
Associate or Bachelor degree in healthcare, business, or a related field is preferred.
Hospice experience is strongly preferred.
Lean Six Sigma training a plus.
Computer proficiency Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong analytical problem solving abilities
Demonstrates well-developed organizational and planning skills with a solid attention to detail, deadlines, and follow-up.
Exhibits sound judgment with logical and data-based decision making.
Position Responsibilities:
Works closely with team and other departments to report data, updates databases and dashboards, and identify trends.
Provide daily data entry and data management, when applicable.
Provide data mining for reporting purposes. Work collaboratively to establish data entry criteria and standards, recommend solutions to data management issues, and ensure data is accurate.
Compiles, tracks, and trends performance data for various quality aspects of the agency including senior management.
Creates, runs, and sustains various weekly and monthly reports.
Provide back up support to Quality Improvement Coordinator and/or Service Care Advocate as needed including assisting with QAPI projects and customer service.
Create visuals (PowerPoint or other videos and flyers) to aid with department educational material.
Perform general office duties like schedule meetings and reserve conference rooms for departmental meetings.
Assist with other department needs (clinical and/or clinical education) when needed.
