Job Description

Posistioning; travoom is the market place for bucket list travel experiences, we are going to own the bucket list.

Travoom is looking for a marketing leader someone with a computer scientists degree someone that can develop and/or and validate international marketing strategies, often mathematical in nature, our marketing strategy which is built around programmatic content marketing and behavioral micro targeting, we want to identify travelers that are not looking to purchase an experience today but within the next year, we want to identify travelers not quite sure where they want to go or what they want to do (Discovery). We are looking for someone that has developed internal algorithms and developed data structure specificlly for optimizing SEO or PPC, has software engineering, information theory, database theory, computational complexity theory, numerical analysis, programming language theory skills. Someone that has understanding/experience in blitz scaling strategy groawth over revenue.

travoom is global by nature travelers come from anywhere in the world, Creating tremendous amounts of quality “evergreen” content for each of the longer tail keyword subjects is cheaper than PPC clicks. As a result of our proprietary technology, and our in-house content team, our marketing cost is 90% below what competitors pay outside agencies for SEO. Content marketing/SMO/PPC drives trafic to the top of the funnel our viral growth platform is built for sharing of travel content 80% of the content on Pinterest is shared content, travoom is Pinterest for travel sharing content, integrated with Facebook, Instgram, and Pinterest creates viral on ramps back to travoom.

This is not a commerce first strategy its a network first revenue later play. travoom's mission is to become the largest repository for travel content in the world that means users before revenue.

AI allows for personalized feeds and daily emails. Integration with other platforms, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, and Instgram is critacle to user growth.

We need someone with coding skills that can communicate with the dev team call bull shit on slow sloppy engineers, and someone that has a deep understanding of viral growth businesses.

Must be an international SEO/SMO expert (US SEO so called experts are crap), the travel category has thousands of categories most with little to no competition (It's unbeleivable), the organic traffic opportunity is like no other space you have seen before, finding the low hanging fruit regardless of country or language is critical.

We believe AI/ML will play a criticle role in our marketing strategy, we are looking for a marketing leader with tech skills.

travoom has a unique opportunity to become the global destination for bucket list travel experiences, these are multi night experiences not ACTIVITES!

We are looking for brillant someone that can build and manage all aspects of a world class international marketing team.

Qualifications

We are looking for exceptional, someone with startup experience (No exceptions) a mathimatical mind, a global thinker, a data and modeling ninja, a deep understanding of blitz scaling and viral growth businesses and has successfully built social on ramps (No viral growth isnt a profile and a share button).

International SEO Ninja, content marketing expert

This Growth Hacker must have 7 years+ experience managing a companies marketing strategy, PR,
SEO, content marketing, video, and scaling media campaigns. Must also have experience with Gorilla marketing strategy, and out of the box thinking
