The eCommerce Intern is responsible for supporting strategic and tactical initiatives to effectively engage and convert online consumers. This person will focus on digital communications across Travelpro.com and all online retailers including Amazon.com, eBags.com, and Macys.com as well as analyzing sell through performance.
This role reports to the Chief Growth Officer and will work with multiple leaders within the Marketing department.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Work with the team to audit all branded and product content to ensure it reflects the brand position and is optimized for conversion
Analyze and report on customer reviews
Prepare monthly reports that tracks sales growth and campaign performance
Attend external and internal meetings to learn how Travelpro goes to market and manages follow up tasks that support the meeting’s objectives
Assist with website copywriting, proofing, and updating as needed
Complete a comprehensive digital project that will be presented to senior leadership
Ability to take initiative, employ good judgment, and manage projects from beginning to end
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Exceptional ability to manage details
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Work effectively independently and as part of a team
A bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled student (BBA in Marketing is preferred)
