District Managers are the leaders of our sales organization whose responsibility is to deliver a replicable growth strategy that produces profits and builds infrastructure for our current and future goals. The District Manager must manage and achieve their sales goals on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis, lead and manage a team of Client Executives and Team Leaders who are responsible for the direct sales of Tranzvia products in a specified region or major geographical area.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Receive full merchant services product training
Recruiting Client Executives and Team Leaders in your territory
Ability to train, develop, motivate & manage your direct reports
Manage and grow a District running appointments, lead generation, partnering and networking with small and medium-sized businesses
Analyze prospects’ and clients’ merchant information through our consultative sales approach
Recommend both merchant services and point of sale technology to meet your client’s needs
We reward hard work and over achievement with bonuses and incentives
Earn unlimited commissions through residual income
Qualifications and Skills:
B2B sales as a manager in conjunction to growing and developing a team is required.
Managing direct reports
Production Driven Managerial Skills
Ability to lead by motivation while sustaining our positive culture
Experience in face to face, business-to-business prospecting and developing sales opportunities through referrals from existing customers as well as networking within the business community
Proven outside sales track record in high contact, short sales cycle, business to business sales model
Experience in true consultative sales process with experience negotiating pricing
Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to cultivate self-source opportunities
Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales expectations
Must be able to communicate to prospects and clients in simple and valuable terms, mathematical concepts, complex technology, and various processing solutions
Be a part of a dynamic, growing company and take on a role with great financial upside, resources and industry training. Realistic 100k year one W2 commission compensation, including 50% commission upfront on yearly revenue capped at $10,000 per MID, 25% residuals on monthly revenue, up to $1,000 in commission on leasing revenue, and medical/dental/vision.
Salary: $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 /year
