Transwest in Brighton, CO is seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Administrator/Developer. This position will be tasked with operating, maintaining and leading the ongoing development of the salesforce.com deployment at Transwest and affiliates. This role encompasses technical project management, program administration and architectural design. MUST have active Administrator and Developer certifications.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administer an environment containing 225 Salesforce users.
  • Serve as the keeper of Salesforce (Classic and Lightning versions) managing the creation and maintenance of SFDC custom objects, record types, formula fields, page layouts, approval processes, alerts, workflow, visual flow, process builder business rules, user maintenance, sandboxes, and similar types of settings.
  • Maintain the integrity of the data in Salesforce and manage cleanup efforts.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards for Transwest management and develop processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.
  • Display knowledge and experience in creating and editing visualforce pages.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day user requests.
  • Regularly perform or automate database de-duping and cleanup procedures.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of 3rd party Salesforce.com data loading and data integration tools such as Informatica, Demand Tools, etc.
  • Illustrate strong knowledge of data structures and object relationship models, database schemas and data modeling.
  • Exhibit the ability to work with product on backend integrations with Salesforce.
  • Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users.
  • Work with various functions and end users to identify, document, and communicate standard business processes as they relate to the database.
  • Support management in identifying new and creative opportunities to leverage the database to support additional business processes or functions.
  • Assist the marketing team integrating inbound and outbound marketing and communication initiatives into the database.
  • Develop training plans, materials, and documentation for users, keep materials up-to-date, and coordinate new user and ongoing training sessions via video, webinar, or in person.
  • Collaborate with outsourced Salesforce.com implementation partners while acting as the main liaison for development to ensure continuity with existing setup and custom integrations and Salesforce add on applications as required.
  • Determine staffing needs for implementing and maintaining all SalesForce.com orgs in-house.
  • Other duties as assigned by the manager.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:

  • Requires frequent sitting, standing, balancing, bending or stooping for prolonged periods of time.
  • Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment.
  • Ability to communicate by providing verbal and written feedback in a professional manner.
  • Ability to receive and analyze data and input into the computer.
  • Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
  • May require occasional lifting, up to 30 pounds.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with good standing MVR.
  • Salesforce.com Certified Administrator with 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
  • 2+ years' experience with Apex, Visualforce, salesforce.com APIs and Lightning.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Business Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
  • Detail oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass a post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.
