We are seeking an experienced Chief Fundraising Officer to arrange funding for our expansion. Our objective is to raise additional $325M pre-IPO, as outlined at

Your initial trial engagement will be in a contractor role of Financial Director responsible for involving financial brokers in major financial markets worldwide. You will receive 7.5% of the funds raised by brokers you involve. During this trial engagement, you will NOT be receiving any salary or retainer; just 7.5% of the funds raised as the result of your efforts. On every $10M raised, the brokers will receive $500,000 and you - $750,000. (As your role would be limited to broker recruitment only, no FINRA license is not required.)

Once confirmed by the Board as the Chief Fundraising Officer, you will be receiving an annual salary of $500,000 plus equity allocation of 120,000 shares per year plus bonuses. (120,000 shares would grow to the value of $192M if we achieve the objectives outlined at )
