Customer Service Representative

 

Requirements:

 

√ Proven customer support experience

√ Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

√ Familiar with CRM systems and practices

√ Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond

√ Excellent communication and presentation skills

√ Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

√ High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

 

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, efficiently, and as part of a team. The ideal candidate must have an upbeat personality with the confidence required to sell our services over the phone. The Customer Support Specialist will contribute to team effort by performing all duties:

 

The Customer Service Representative answers product return and replacement questions, order status and technical assistance calls.

 

Job functions:

 

· Handle customer requests for vendor product replacement, return for credits, lost or incorrect shipments

· Assist service technicians by answering calls – routing calls for other technicians

· Assist production as needed

· Contact vendors to request replacements and prepare shipments of replacement parts for customers – follow through of RMA process

o Interact with sales department on customer returns and replacements

o Document into different operating systems to account for shipments, credits, tickets etc.
