We are currently looking to add a Recruiter to our new Centralized Operations team (an exciting new tech-centric division of TFG). At a high level your job is to drive the growth of our team. You will be responsible for making sure that our team of outstanding drivers are active and on assignment. You will also be responsible for making sure that we are constantly adding new drivers to our roster.

The more drivers you bring on the more we can get on assignment. Active drivers make our trucking clients happy and if they are happy then we are successful. The recruiter position is the primary driver of that success.

We are looking for people that want to own that responsibility and are excited for the challenge.

In this roll you will

  • Utilize our tech solutions to manage our applicant funnel from application to active.

  • Interview driver candidates and determine qualifications, positions desired and potential fit for the candidates from the existing job pool.

  • Establish and maintain a positive relationship with all candidates, while selling the benefits of working for TransForce.

  • Facilitate the completion/submission of all required paperwork, reports, background checks, etc. from driver candidates.

  • Create and contribute. We are looking to provide the framework. We want our DC’s to do the rest. If you are a problem solver then this position is for you.

This is a high-visibility position with significant opportunity for internal growth. We are offering competitive wages and the following benefits:

OTE 55-80K
