Job Description

TBC is hiring ABA therapists to provide 1-1 ABA/VB behavioral therapy in home in Mercer, NJ and Bucks County PA.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Qualified ABA therapist will have a minimum of 1 years of ABA therapy experience working with adults and/or children with developmental disabilities and a bachelor degree in education, child development, psychology or related field. Master’s degree preferred. All ABA therapists are hired as part-time W2 employees.

Skills must be functional to the child as well as their family. Teaching in the child’s natural environment promotes generalization for the child and the family. TBC encourages a team approach to therapy. We recognize that each family is different. We work together to increase the quality of life for the child and their family. TBC is currently looking for part-time and full-time ABA therapists, school based Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) and BCBA/BCBA-D Behavior Specialists work in the Bucks County and Mercer County areas of PA and NJ. ABA Therapists: Qualified ABA therapist will have a minimum of 2 years of ABA therapy experience working with adults and/or children with developmental disabilities and a bachelor degree in education, child development, psychology or related field. Master’s degree preferred. Behavior Specialists: Qualified BCBA Behavior Specialist must have an active BCBA or BCBA-D certification. Behavior Specialist Licensure by the Pennsylvania Medical Board preferred. PCAs: Qualified PCAs will have a minimum of 2 years of post-secondary school, active CPR/FA certification, clearances and must work school time hours. Why join the TBC Team? We are a Team at TBC!
