Responsibilities

• Answer All Incoming Calls On A Multi-line Phone System And Direct To The Appropriate Department
• Processing License Plates
• Extend Hospitality To All Customers And Associates
• Support Departments With Can-Do Attitude
• Communicate Customer's Needs To Those Responsible
• Communicate With Callers In A Professional, Friendly And Efficient Manner
• Be Friendly, Professional, Courteous And Efficient When Working With All Customers
• Assist The General Manager With Various Clerical Duties As Needed
• Maintain A Clean Overall Appearance Of The Showroom
• Other Duties Or Tasks As Requested Or Required
• Filing
• Data Entry

Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Required
• Prior Automotive Preferred But Not Required
• Ability To Work In A Fast Paced Enviroment
• Solid Work Ethic Around Attendance and Punctuality
• Proficiency With Standard Microsoft Software Products And Ability To Learn Other Computer Based Tools
• Knowledge with CDK
• Professional Appearance and Work Ethic
• Self-Motivated
• Complete a Pre-Employment Drug Screen and Background Check
• Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Works Well Within A Team
