Toyota of Danville, a Toyota President's Award-winning dealership for the past eleven years, is seeking a top-notch automotive parts professional to join our growing team.
Candidates should have at least two or more successful years in automotive retail, service, technology, or parts environments, or those with a solid track record in customer service, management, business to business or wholesale sales, and/or digital/internet marketing.
Applicants will learn and work from the ground floor up, providing support and assistance to our staff and to our customers with the goal of providing an outstanding level of service and satisfaction. At the same time, we seek to grow our customer base, both using traditional methods as well as seeking new avenues for opportunity and growth.
Minimum requirements include good physical condition, a clean driving record, clean criminal background, a verifiable and consistent work history, and outstanding communication skills including verbal, written, and computer skills. A high-school diploma is required, a college degree desirable.
This position is ideal for candidates who have a working knowledge of automotive technology, but it's also good for those who are organized, focused, coachable, and possess a genuine desire and willingness to serve others. Persons who are very detail-oriented are well suited for this type of career.
Daily tasks will include, but are not limited to, inventory management, deliveries, claims processing, department maintenance, computer operations, problem-solving, ordering and receiving, selling product, and providing product information and answers for our customers. Ample on-the-job, online, and remote training will be required.
This is a full-time permanent position with attendant benefits such as health and medical coverage plans, 401k plan, and paid vacation time. Compensation will be based on your experience and performance.
