TOWN OF NORTHBRIDGE ASSISTANT TOWN CLERK The Town of Northbridge is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Assistant Town Clerk. This position is appointed by the Town Manager but under the guidance and direction of the Town Clerk. Responsibilities include record management; assist in managing town census; voter registration; federal, state and local elections; record and certify various vital records; issue permits and licenses; record town meeting action; certify certain town action as required by law; maintain town bylaws and regulations; establish and maintain computer systems in support of divisions operations including Central Voter Registry System. Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access etc.) with excellent communication, organization and management skills is essential.
