Job Description

The Town of Arundel is seeking a Full-Time Driver/Laborer for our Public Works Department. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older and hold a valid Maine CDL driver's license. Primary duties for this position include cutting brush, installation of culverts, plowing and sanding of all town roads and town owned properties, shoveling, mowing, flagging and any other duties assigned. This position will require you to work some nights, weekends, and holidays during snow events and weather emergencies. You will receive pay at time and a half your regular rate for any worked time over 40 hours in a 7-day period.
