DISPATCHER/BILLING ADMIN NEEDED ASAP!
START IMMEDIATELY! FULL TIME
Hours are flexible. They will include some half days, some full days, and some weekend days, but will total full time hours.
Job Duties will include:
- Dispatching and Coordinating Tow Drivers through phone and computer software
- Customer Service at the front desk when customers arrive
- Answering and handling a multi line phone system
- Online billing and making sure accounts receivables are accurate
- Communication is key
This job does require multi tasking in an admin position with customers and drivers. You will NEED TO HAVE EXPERIENCE with multi tasking, customer service, phones and computers. Knowledge of Google Maps and direction are very important.
