Touchstone Health Services is seeking an experienced, energetic, and dynamic HR Generalist to be part of the HR Team.
Duties/Responsibilities??????
The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: heavy recruitment, compensation, HRIS administration, training, onboarding, policy implementation, employee relations and employment law compliance.
Essential Functions:
1. Is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment for all exempt and nonexempt employees, interns and contractors; includes: job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, preparing interview questions, background clearance, pre-employment testing (including language and skills exams) and managing the application tracking system.
2. Oversees Touchstone employment page to attract talent and promote Touchstone employment experience.
3. Works collaboratively with hiring managers and leadership to identify talent.
4. Acts as liaison with area employment agencies and advertising agencies.
5. Responsible for calculating compensation on all contingent job offers and extends offers for both internal and external candidates.
6. Promotes and processes employee referral program.
7. Administers Internship Program and works collaboratively with license leaders to meet intern requirements.
8. Facilitates and schedules New Hire Orientation of new employees and tracks attendance and compliance.
9. Assigns required online learning course to new hires, tracks existing employees compliance and prepares and distributes compliance reports to leadership.
10. Participates and facilitates job fairs and other recruitment events to recruit talent.
11. Prepares updated employment activity to include candidate sources, open positions, new hires, and other recruitment activity.
12. Performs new hire check-in calls to new employees at 90 days to collect on-boarding experience. Makes recommendations to leadership based on survey results.
13. Manages recruitment in social media and marketing communication.
14. Identifies areas for process improvement to promote efficiency and effectiveness.
15. Enforces recruitment policies and best practices to ensure EEOC compliant.
16. Processes employee grievances and exit interviewing
17. Supports insurance benefit reconciliation and insurance benefit participation through process enrollments and terminations.
18. Manages employee records including entering new hires, processing employee reassignments, and update employee records.
19. Other duties related to HR as assigned by HR Director
Required Skills/Abilities

•Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred
•Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products, experience with HRIS and benefits databases.
•Project and team management/leadership skills and experience. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with associates. Capability of effective planning and priority setting.
•Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
•Strong analytical skills and ability to understand, evaluate and make judgment on best recruitment practices.
•Knowledge of recruitment trends.
•Knowledge of all pertinent federal and state regulations, including Title VII.
•Excellent communication and organization skills.
•Must be at least 21 years of age
•Must possess a valid AZ Driver's License
•Must possess an AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card

Required Skills/Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with aptitude in conducting interviews.
- Excellent organizational skills and able to work under pressure to meet urgent hiring needs.
- Aptitude in working effectively with Hiring Managers.
- Thorough understanding of EEO, ADA, and other related employment laws and guidelines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Experience with Kronos preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- At least two years of human resources or related experience required.
- SHRMs Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus.
