Touchpoint 21 has been in the bank ATM industry for over 15 years and has built a uniquely skilled team. We sell, service, and support ATM fleets for community banks and credit unions in Texas, Oklahoma, and other states. TouchPoint21 has been growing steadily with our OPTIMIZE program and this growth means we are looking to add additional resources to our talented team.
TouchPoint21 is looking for qualified Field Service Level 2 Technicians to be based out of the DFW area. Technicians are responsible for ATM installations and service maintenance including hardware and software support, balancing machines and reporting, and other ATM support activities including supporting Armor – Level 1 with maintaining cassettes with cash loads and replenishments on occasion.
Level 2 Service Technicians install, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, diagnose, support and resolve ATM hardware and software within service level agreement requirements.
The ability to work independently and efficiently while communicating to other team members in a fast-pace environment across multiple projects simultaneously is critical. A successful technician demonstrates the ability to follow instructions, report for work timely and consistently, documents status and progress within work order and communicates progress as well as solves issues and completes follow up thoroughly and consistently.
1-year prior ATM service technician experience.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record, required.
Ability to lift 50lbs, stand most of the day, climb, bend and stoop while working on equipment.
Must arrive as dispatched on time to client’s site wearing TP21 approved work uniform and report throughout the day on progress.
Ability to consistently communicate with both TouchPoint21 management as well as TouchPoint21 client base in an effective and thorough manner.
Ability to pass background and drug screen.
Ability to navigate and locate dispatched job sites and routes timely and efficiently.
Previous experience with Diebold/NCR/Hyosung ATMs is helpful and a strong background in desktop & hardware support/troubleshooting is preferred.
TouchPoint21’s AST should have prior cash handling or banking experience and/or law enforcement or armored car industry experience. Must have valid driver’s license. An individual who has previous armored in the financial services industry along with some technical background is required. Some experience managing personnel team(s) is necessary.
The salary range is $20 to $24/hour depending on experience and ability.
This role is hourly plus time and half overtime.
The Field Service Technician works out of the Garland office as well as in the field at various client’s sites in the Dallas/Ft Worth Texas.
8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday and occasional ‘On-Call’ weekends
