Position: Customer Service Rep
Office Address – Burr Ridge, IL 60527
Work Location (Office/Remote) - Remote, but training will be in office.
Pay Rate/ Target GPM – $17
Start date – ASAP
Hours – Monday-Friday 11:30am-8pm
Vaccine Requirement – Fully vaccinated candidates are required to submit
Required Experience:
• Typing,
• 1+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting
• MS Outlook / Data Entry Software experience
Summary: The main function of a call center/customer service specialist is to interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. A typical customer service specialist is responsible for determining the client’s issue, offer possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed. Customer service agents may be inbound, outbound or a combination of both.
Notes From The Manager:
• Youth care- 10 calls Ambetter or provider services- 50 calls a day. Need to be computer savvy- they will be working in multiple systems at a time. These calls will be people calling with a problem. They need to be a critical thinker and do research and provide a service.
• For the first 60 days on assignment, new hires will be in office for training. Once training is complete, they would transition to remote if performance metrics are met.
