Total Transportation is a Union Company servicing the Department Of Education, with locations in Bronx (525 Hutchinson River Parkway), and as well in Mount. Vernon (80 Edison Ave), NY. We encourage you to come by for an on-the-spot interview and take advantage of our $3,000 sign-on bonus!

We are looking for *CDL Class B Drivers to fill full-time positions for both of our locations Bronx & Mount Vernon ! We are offering our Highest Starting Pay Rate of $24.00/Hr for Big School Bus Drivers (CDL Class B with Passenger and School Bus Endorsements.) Starting the 22/23 school season.

CDL B Driver Requirements:

MUST HAVE VALID NYS CDL Class A, B or C drivers license with Passenger and School Bus Endorsement.
S Endorsement necessary for Big Bus Rate.
N2 Passenger Restrictions, Permits, and Interim licenses are NOT accepted.
CDL B Driver Applicants must pass a background check, physical, fingerprint, and drug test and be at least 21 years old.
19A Board Of Ed Certified Drivers preferred but not necessary - we will help you get DOE certified!

CDL B Driver Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

Operate vehicles in a safe, courteous, and reliable manner
Performs pre/post trip vehicle inspections
Maintains all required 19A Certifications
May assist in the boarding of passengers using wheelchairs or other mobility aids and is required to properly secure wheelchairs
