Manager of Project Management

Total Security Solutions is looking for a qualified individual to lead our Project Management Team as our Manager of Project Management. This is a full-time position based in our Fowlerville, MI headquarters and reports to the Director of Operations.

As our Manager of Project Management you will lead a team of 7 Project Managers to exceed our customers expectations while meeting our company goals utilizing our software based project management system.  You will accomplish this by training and mentoring new and existing project managers on the TSS Way of project management.  Our business is built on our three uniques of Customer Service, Customization and Speed, so you will be expected to maintain our high standards when interacting with customers, employees, partners, and vendors.

• Ensure project management team is executing the customer experience and journey up to the TSS standard at all times
• Ensure strong cossfuncitonal communication
• Lead and assist Project Managers in customer conflict resolution
• Drive overall customer experience including engaging directly with customers for feedback on their experience
• Ensuring the project is successfully completed, utilizing the TSS Proven Process to deliver scope, on time and on budget, while exceeding customer expectations.
• Lead the team to meet and exceed monthly revenue goals
• Mentor and assist the team to navigate through the “gray areas” of a project
• Manage project backlog and incoming projects to forecast timing of future revenue
• Lead team through daily functions 
• Increase team member’s personal performance through mentoring, coaching, and accountability
• Develop, monitor and respond to KPIs to align with the company’s 3 uniques of Customer Service, Customization and Speed.
• Utilize a healthy and motivating work environment to drive your team to be the catalyst of organization 
• Drive team to deliver expected profitability of all projects 
• Travel as needed
• Hold team accountable to ensure data integrity within the system

• Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years related construction, supply chain, manufacturing or custom software experience
• Minimum 5+ years experience managing a team
• Experience leading a team to deliver high value projects preferred
• Experience leading a team on fast paced and high quantity of projects
• Experience with managing installation jobs in a remodeling/construction environment preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal communication and phone skills
• Coachable and willing to learn new things
• Overall “Buck Stops Here” mentality
• Detail-oriented and able to pivot and focus on multiple tasks at one time
• Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new systems
• Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps and ERP systems
• Data collection and analysis experience preferred
