Job Description

Position Description:

TRIRIGA System Administrator/Engineer, as part of a larger team, will play a key role in the execution of the planning, design, implementation, administration, and operational support of TRIRIGA cloud-based solutions and services, while operating in a FedRAMP authorized environment, and other IaaS cloud environments.

Remote Work is required so candidate must have adequate home office accommodations and your home office must be physically based in the USA (any of the 50 states).

Job Responsibilities:

  • The TRIRIGA System Administrator/Engineer is responsible for the deployment, enhancement and support of the IBM TRIRIGA application suite. Installation of TRIRIGA components, including databases, rules, calculation scripts, reports, security, and process management modules
  • Determine sizing and configuration for the TRIRIGA software stack (application, middleware, database) and supporting infrastructure components (compute, storage, network) necessary to deliver the TRIRIGA cloud-based solutions and services to various clientele
  • Work with the IaaS provider to provision the necessary infrastructure components
  • Install and configure TRIRIGA and supporting software components
  • Implement interface/integration requirements (to on premise or cloud applications, LDAP, SSO)
  • Implement required security controls and hardening for the TRIRIGA system
  • Implement, test, administer operational backups
  • Execute scheduled patches and upgrades to the software stack and communicate any service impacts because of planned outages to management and clientele
  • Determine and communicate root/cause for any unplanned outages to clientele
  • Participate in Level 1 and Level 2 support (24x7x365)
  • Participate in security related continuous monitoring activities (e.g., PENTEST, IDS, Nessus, SIEM) to remediate any security findings, and to support SOC, ISO, FedRAMP auditing and reporting
  • Execute and report on DR testing/validation exercises
  • Maintain correct logging, monitoring and performance of infrastructure utilizing both internal and 3rd party scripts and tools
  • Assist in software stack maintenance, administration and operational requests
  • Assist in the development and on-going refinement of policies, procedures, and processes that support and secure the TRIRIGA cloud-based solutions and services
  • Must be able to multi-task, work independently, but at the same time contribute and work effectively towards team objectives and timelines

Required Skills, Experience, Education and Credentials:

  • Must be U.S. citizen

  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent

  • 5+ years of experience in TRIRIGA system design, architecture, installation, administration, and operational support

  • Experience and working knowledge of WebSphere administration and integration with Tririga is required

  • Technical and analytical writing skills required

  • Strong communication and organizational skills required

  • Must be able to multi-task, work independently, but at the same time contribute and work effectively towards team objectives

Desired, not required Skills, Experience, Education and Credentials:

  • Functional knowledge and working experience with the TRIRIGA suite of applications (Real Estate, Capital Projects, Facility Management, Maintenance and Operations, Energy/Environmental including TREES

  • Experience and working knowledge in configuring TRIRIGA Workflows, State Transitions, Associations, Custom Applications/Objects/Sections, Portals/Portal Sections, Data Modeler, Object Migration, Query and Report Building

  • Experience in the planning, design, implementation, administration, and operational support of large-scale enterprise systems

  • Experience in the FedRAMP authorization process, as well as working and operating within a FedRAMP authorized enclave

  • Experience and working knowledge of server operating systems (Linux and Windows), Routers, Switches, Firewalls, VPN, Load Balancers, Virtualization (hypervisors, virtual machines, provisioning), Enterprise Backup/Recovery, DR/COOP, High Availability, DNS, LDAP, SSO, SSL, FTP, Web Services

  • Experience and working knowledge of infrastructure and system monitoring tools with the ability to effectively instrument to enable various alerting and reporting to support availability and performance SLAs

  • Certifications involving TRIRIGA, as well as compute, storage, network, and security a plus, but not required if there’s an experience equivalent

  • Experience with Cloud Service Providers responsible for products and services involving IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS

  • Experience and working knowledge of security related activities involving system/network hardening, PENTEST, IDS, Nessus scanning, Identity Management, SIEM, SOC/ISO reporting

  • Experience and working knowledge of Maximo software

  • Experience and working knowledge of WebSphere, DB2, MS SQL and Oracle

  • U.S Government security clearance

Miscellaneous Issues

Must be willing to travel as required. Anticipated travel is less than 25%.
