Customer Service Representative

About the role: Our Customer Service Representative assists with the overall membership experience within our gym facility. 

Responsibilities:

-        Greet members with friendly attitude.

-        Check members in at the start of class.

-        Check answering machines

-        Take inventory of water, merchandise, and harnesses.

-        Assist members with any membership questions or concerns.

-        Responsible for facility cleaning as requested.

-        Responsible for collecting harnesses and accessories at the end of class.

-        Properly charge/mark members in Mindbody as needed (rental harness fee, water, late cancel)

-        Distribute harnesses as needed.

-        Articulate well and explain membership information.

Requirements:

-        Must be 18 and over.

-        Must have an open availability and flexible as needed.

-        Must have a positive attitude.

-        Must be detail oriented. 

- Must be available to work 3:45pm-8pm Monday-Friday
