Total Bath Systems is currently looking to hire a Call Center Manager for our rapidly expanding division. This is a non-cold calling center – all leads have been pre-qualified or submitted by customers personally.
The Call Center Manager is responsible for managing the team of call center representatives and providing protocols to apply to their work while also hiring and training new team members. The Call Center Manager ensures that customer satisfaction remains the top priority of all call center representatives at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Develop customer resolution strategies
- Hire and train new Call Center Agents
- Assist agents with technological issues
- Develop departmental and/or company policies and procedures
- Provide expertise in client resolution
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills
- In-depth knowledge of the company and its services or product offerings
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent ability to work as a team player
Requirements:
- 3-5 years call center experience
- Some evening and weekend availability required
- Reliable transportation required
- Background check upon being hired
