IT Support Specialist

Configure and transfer desktops and laptops for users at all locations. Answer helpdesk calls and tickets for all users. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on user’s computers. General administration of Windows Servers including Active Directory and Group Policy. Troubleshoot network cable and device failures or extensions. Develop relationships with third-party vendors managing software and maintenance agreements and licensing. General administration of vmWare vSphere 6.5 and Dell Equallogic SANs. Troubleshoot Intermec and Zebra barcode label printers and arrange repairs with third-party vendors. Help with other items as needed.

Specialized skills will be taught on the job:

Radley iCARaS EDI system, vmWare vSphere 6.5, Cisco IOS, Cisco Wireless Controller and access points, building security and camera administration, SPEDE line side labeling cells.
