Our client is a growing tech company looking for a talented IT Help Desk Support Specialist. MUST HAVE MAC HELP DESK EXPERIENCE!!
- Is an expert in Help Desk support, computer and technology management
- Is the expert in IT, People, office and building support focusing on the experience of employees, customers, and visitors.
- Is the go-to person to improve the experience of Employees, Visitors, Customers (where applicable) from a technical or environmental perspective e(office supply management, meeting room management, office security management, & remote employee inclusion).
- To train new and existing IT Platforms; Google, Zoom, SLACK, 1Password, Calendar, Mac use, etc. monthly and possibly daily as needed.
- To ensure ERGO Workstation reviews & accommodations for onsite and remote employees
· Have 3-5+ years of experience as the “Go-To” IT & Help Desk resource
· Be flexible and willing to pivot as needed to help the team as a whole succeed.
· Data processing experience required.
· Excellent People Skills; interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficient in Google & Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
· Excellent organizational skills, report development, and attention to detail.
· Experience in managing, accounting for & reporting office assets; physical and financial
· Ability to explain technical information in understandable language to nontechnical staff members.
· IT and Systems Training experience in various technologies
