SUMMARY Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in cleaning and maintaining equipment or premises of commercial, industrial, residential or other customer establishments. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Communication and enforcement of company policies, procedures and standards • Conduct weekly staff meetings with crew members • Work with Sales staff on customer related activities • Work with Scheduler on mandatory jobs to review, and crew activity • Work with Scheduler on any schedule issues• Work with Shop Mechanics for equipment issues and chemical orders • Work directly with Operations Manager to staff as needed • Stay abreast and compliant with employee handbook and Top Gun policies. • Work with human resources as needed for any applicable staff issues • Be knowledgeable of all pressure washing and window washing duties and equipment • Lead crew at job sites.• Quality check completed work for conformance to standards. • Investigate and complete incident/accident reports as needed and as appropriate • Train and enforce safety guidelines in the workplace• Work with Operations Manager and Human Resources on annual performance review process. • Execute and evaluate performance program for field employees created from Operations Manager. • Assigns tasks to workers at jobsite. Execute requirements through crew leaders to field staff. • Resolves employee problems and identified future policy changes to review with executive team. • Performs duties of crew members as needed. • Perform scheduled cleaning job in a professional and quality minded manner. • Drive a flatbed truck, up to 24 feet in length, and trailer to and from work sites • Review schedule and prepare the truck and equipment for scheduled work. Ensure all personal items, required tools, equipment and chemicals are loaded on the truck. • Oversee good house keeping of the shop.• Must be decisive and work well under pressure, particularly when faced with unexpected occurrences or delays. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Manages subordinate crew leads and crew members. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include all duties of crew members, plus interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
