This dispatch position earns a competitive wage of $20 - $22 per hour, depending on experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / DISPATCHER
In this office position, you are essential to the efficient scheduling and completion of our work calls. Driven to provide the best customer service you can, you take incoming calls from customers, answer questions, generate sales leads, and provide job estimates. Going the extra mile, you build sustainable relationships and trust with our customers through open communication. If customer complaints arise, you handle them with care and discretion, filtering them to the proper management personnel when required. With great attention to detail, you maintain accurate and up-to-date records of our customers' information in our computer system.
You strategically schedule jobs in a way that optimizes our productivity without overworking our technicians. When you dispatch service calls, you clearly communicate all necessary job and location info to the techs, so they are well-prepared for the work. You take pride in effectively coordinating our technicians and helping us provide even better customer service!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / DISPATCHER
- High school diploma OR equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Proper phone etiquette
Experience with Service Titan is a plus. Can you manage your time well and effectively prioritize multiple tasks? Do you have excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal? Are you passionate about customer service? Do you have a record of exceeding expectations? Are you adaptable and able to work well under pressure? If yes, you might just be perfect for this office position!

This dispatch position typically works Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm.
