Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking a Bilingual Lead Preschool Teacher to join our school! This individual will plan and present age-appropriate activities for children. Please see our school website www.TomorrowLandacademy.com
Responsibilities:
- Instruct preschool-aged children in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth
- Create a fun and safe learning environment with a low ratio 1:6 with our young 2's
- Develop schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents
- Communicate with parents on students' growth and progress
- Maintain the health and safety of all students
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields
- Passionate about working with children
- Ability to build rapport with children
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Full-time position
- work hour is 8:45–5:45 pm with min. 6 months commitment

You need to have some Child Development units and some experiences working with kids of age 2-6 in a group setting.
