We are seeking someone with an uplifting personality, a passion for sales, and ability to bring efficiency to our sales team. Under the direction of our Account Executive, this person will support a wide range of responsibilities, including reporting and managing sales data, creating presentations, scheduling, and liaising between departments and clients. The ideal candidate is someone who is a motivated team player with keen interpersonal, analytical and data skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role may require some travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, send and receive sales materials
  • Ensure accurate setup, tracking, reporting, and analysis of all sales data
  • Manage schedules
  • Detailed communication of relevant information to stakeholders, especially clients if there are any unforeseen delays or issues
  • Research and outreach to potential leads
  • Respond to clients and give after-sales support when requested
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Conduct market research to improve product and sales positioning  
  • Assist Sales Executive with market appointments and trade shows

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1-3 years of sales experience in a fast-paced environment; fashion/apparel industry experience a plus
  • Experience with EDI or related sales software systems
  • Ability to think quickly and strategically while meeting deadlines 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, self-motivated 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Adobe Creative Programs
  • Ability to travel
