Job Description

We are a law firm on a mission to help people struggling with debt reclaim their lives and get a fresh start. We are seeking an organized administrative assistant to provide extraordinary customer service. Responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails quickly and kindly, following up with clients for documents, scanning, and filing. You’ll also support the team by marketing the company and planning company events for community outreach. The position is part-time 3 afternoons a week. The candidate must be fluent in Spanish and English. High school students may apply.

Compensation:

$16 - $20 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Help build online marketing, brochures, email campaigns, etc. that highlight our services
  • Increase productivity by creating record-keeping procedures for customer data filing systems
  • Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties
  • Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Order office equipment and supplies as needed
  • Plan community events to market the company and increase brand awareness
Qualifications:
  • Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
  • Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
  • Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work
