Job Description

Construction, erection and installation of pole and steel buildings using carpenters’ skills and
tools to conform to engineered plans, local building codes and standard practices, including:

  •  Prepare for and layout building
  •  Complete framework, erection, and trim for either Pole or Steer Buildings
  •  Requires physical labor, general knowledge and experience in construction Carpentry and use of small and power Carpentry        tools, i.e.: Screw guns, Drills, Saws, Measure tape, Level
  •  Perform Carpentry tasks in accordance with standard practices of the trade


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  •  Experience in Construction Carpentry
  •  Able to accurately use measuring tape to layout, measure, read and mark wood and metal materials
  •  Able to accurately cut wood, metal and other materials using hand and power tools
  •  Able to accurately join materials with nails, screws, staples using appropriate hand and power tools
  •  High school diploma or equivalent
  •  At least 18 years of age required for insurance purposes
  •  Valid NV Driver’s License
  •  OSHA 10 card required within 30-60 days of hire
  •  Ability to lift 50 lbs. for moving, positioning, and installing materials
  •  Willingness to work, Dependable, Collaborator, and Prompt arrival to work and/or jobsite
  •  US Citizenship required
  •  Validation of references and preemployment drug screen required
  • JOB DUTIES:
  •  Adhere to and practice on-the-job-Safety and observe and follow all Safety Precautions and Protocols
  •  Respect and maintain good condition of company tools and equipment
  •  Other duties as needed or requested
