Our ideal candidate will provide insight in business analysis, conduct needs assessments, configure apps, as required, and also assist in key functions involving client and staff development. Our team members work within defined project teams to perform the technical implementation and necessary application configuration and development outlined during customer requirements meetings. We want to ensure that our clients feel that “CRM is done right” and that we have provided true benefits to their customer marketing, sales and servicing.

The Day to Day

  • Lead requirements and design sessions including writing, scoping and sizing technical user stories, writing technical architecture and technical design documents
  • Utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components and other technologies to architect and build (configuration and development) solutions within Salesforce
  • Design and construct integrations between applications and other systems
  • Manage and maintain a collaborative working relationship with stakeholders and consistently deliver high-quality services for mutual success
  • Communicate project status to management and stakeholders, and elevate project concerns to appropriate internal project sponsors
  • Create mock-ups, data models, presentations, code, process flows and supporting project documentation
  • Facilitate client-led user acceptance testing/regression testing and build/execute test cases
  • Design training materials and lead train-the-trainer sessions
  • Produce quality deliverables within hard deadlines under minimal guidance
  • Advise best practices relating to Salesforce and/or overall implementation
  • Support the Sales team in presales activities

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years Salesforce consulting / implementation/development experience
  • Actively involved in solutioning phase
  • Proven ability to align client business processes to Salesforce.com platform capabilities
  • Strong Apex development experience
  • At least three consultant level Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
  • Presentation skills and ability to articulate strong business values
