The Growth Marketing Specialist is expected to have a broad set digital of marketing skills with a firm foundation in core customer acquisition techniques in a subscription business model. We are looking for a junior Growth Marketer that can be both complementary and supportive to our highly effective team of marketers. This role lives on our Togo Group Marketing team who supports both our Roadtrippers and Togo RV consumer brands; you will functionally report to the Vice-President of Marketing but day-to-day be mentored by our senior growth marketers.
Work closely with the growth marketing team on the tactical execution of paid search, paid social, and display media campaigns including but not limited to account setup, QA and troubleshooting, partner and network selection, campaign builds, tagging and tracking, optimization, performance analysis, and ongoing reporting
Ownership of daily QA to ensure paid media accounts and campaigns are running seamlessly from a budgetary, bidding, tracking and creative perspective, and performance is in line with marketing goals and OKRs
Execution of paid search and social tactics, including but not limited to account and campaign setup, keyword expansions, creative updates, landing page testing, tracking and forecasting, account audits, and restructures as necessary
Assist with competitive landscape monitoring and assessment within the context of paid media
Monitor industry trends and changes and translate those into actionable recommendations for paid media strategy
Collect campaign performance data regularly and provide analysis, insights, and recommendations to the growth marketing team
Analyze websites and landing pages—identify what’s working and what’s not working and contribute to conversion rate optimization
Ensure monthly and quarterly reporting data, formatting, and insights are completed in an accurate and timely manner
Build landing pages using WordPress and set up A/B tests on websites to optimize for conversion.
Minimum of 2 years experience in digital marketing. While we want you to be a great thinker, we need doers who love the finer points of initiating and managing campaigns. If you like “pressing the buttons” and “pulling the levers,” this is the job for you.
Solid project management skills: ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members, self-prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex campaigns moving forward.
You should have basic level experience in a number of these areas (we’re not expecting all of them): copywriting and storytelling, behavioral psychology, customer research, marketing automation, performance analytics, conversion rate optimization, graphic design, A/B testing, subscription marketing, funnel marketing, email, SEO, content marketing, customer retention, social media, SEM, programmatic advertising, referral marketing, and influencer marketing.
Previous search engine marketing or hands-on paid media experience required with a foundational understanding of digital performance marketing
Proficient in data manipulation and analysis with strong Excel skills—must love details
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Passion for identifying and solving problems
Comfort in a fast-paced, highly-dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders where you’ll often be on your own without a ton of guidance or someone “looking over your shoulder.”
