Dispatcher

Todisco Services, Inc. is searching for good people who want to join a team of professionals. We are a full-service towing and transportation company with three locations proudly serving numerous police agencies and hundreds of private clients.

Daily functions include, but are not limited to:

-Develop and manage routes for trucks.
-Dispatch trucks based on the equipment needed and driver proximity to calls.
-Utilize GPS technology to track the location of trucks and monitor their progress or delays traveling to calls.
-Immediately communicate any delays encountered to the requestor.
-Accurately track/update calls in the dispatch system
-Review the status of every call and truck with dispatchers during shift changes
-Contribute to a healthy and clean working environment.
-Additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

-Eager and Willing to learn
-Enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced environment
-Good phone etiquette
-Excellent team working skills
-Excellent customer service skills
-Bilingual is a Plus!
